MERCEDES EMISSIONS SCANDAL
If you or your business bought or leased diesel Mercedes vehicles manufactured between 2009 and 2018, you could be eligible to recover compensation.
Mercedes owners may be due compensation after the carmaker was found by the German Transport Authority to have installed devices in certain diesel vehicles that cheat emissions tests. Mercedes’ parent company, Daimler, was fined €870 million by German prosecutors in 2019 relating to the emissions scandal and Mercedes vehicles have been subject to recalls, including in the UK.
